ShopRite of Hamilton Square - Your Friendly Neighborhood Grocery Store in Hamilton Township

I was having a rough day at work. I usually stay in and eat my lunch, but today I had to get out to get some air and clear my head. I got myself a salad and Louise the cashier by the hot food rang me up. She was so cordial and friendly to me that by the time I got back to work I had forgotten why I was upset. Thank you Louise for brightening my day!

Whenever I want to just get out of my house, I usually go out here and eat lunch at their self-serve stations, or get a premade sandwich, they’re usually really good. Also worth mentioning that the woman who is up by the register in the deli area is super nice. My only complaint is how the self-check out computers give you an issue for every little thing, please fix them!

This is a World Class style ShopRite and if you know anything about ShopRite these types of stores offer everything! From hot prepared foods to a butcher even flowers and a dunkin' donuts. Pretty much everything that you might need you should be able to find here they even have an organics section. This is one of the better ShopRite stores every time I go it's usually clean and well stocked if you haven't been to ShopRite this is a good place to have your first experience.

There is a cashier named Louise, in the back by the hot foods and soup section. She is always smiling and is so nice to everyone she takes care of. It is so refreshing to see someone like that, she brightens your day! I work at a very busy doctors office and go there about once a week for my lunch. ShopRite should recognized her as a valued employee!

ShopRite on Route 33 has been our main grocery destination for over 17 years now. We like the store much more than the one in Mercer Mall or ShopRite Market Place on Route 130. It's better organized. There is plenty of parking, both right by the side of the store and the mall parking. As with most of the corporate chain stores (and not only), the staffing is a big problem now. The check-out stations are understaffed. Not enough cashiers. Now, the self check-out stations used to be big help, but not anymore. Apparently, due to check-out fraud, the number of the self check-out stations is limited. Sometimes, cut in half. Two supervising employees are staffing both self check-out rows, which also creates more waiting times. The number of rude customers leaving their shopping carts in the parking lot everywhere is unbelievable. Well, at least they don't steal shopping carts as one can observe elsewhere in Hamilton and Trenton.

I would like to commend Christina, Cindy, Mr. Sanchez (Manager), Chris who picks up carts, and many others (too many to name) for their courteous demeanor, and making you feel like you more like family, not just a customer. Grocery shopping is a chore, but to me, I feel like I'm visiting family. Love these people!!!!
